In an effort to provide you with exceptional customer service, it is important for us to share our company policies and procedures with you. We encourage you to read this page in its entirety to avoid any miscommunication in regards to your order.
The Order Process
Online ordering is now available for most of our products and services. You will be prompted to enter your contact information and details of your order. The form allows you to upload the text for your design project, a MS Word document, pictures, PDFs, or any other relevant files for your order. After completing the Order Form, you will then be directed to the Payment Form where you can then make a payment with any major bank, debit, credit card, or PayPal account. Please be aware that your order will NOT be processed until full payment is received. This policy ensures your order will be completed as expeditiously as possible.
File Preparation For Printing
If you submit your own designs and files for printing then you must follow these guidelines. All files to be printed must be prepared and submitted in 300dpi resolution in CMYK color with an 1/8" bleed to account for trimming. We accept industry standard file formats of .tiff, .jpg, .pdf, and .psd. We are not responsible for low quality printing due to files that do not meet these guidelines. If you are unsure your files are prepared correctly, we suggest having us design your print project. Click here for more information.
Turnaround Times & Delivery
Design projects received before 12pm Monday through Friday will be available for review within 3 business days. Any printing order of 5,000 pieces or more are delivered within 5-7 business days. Printing quantities of 1,000 take 7-10 business days to be delivered. Standard delivery is FREE. RUSH delivery is available for an additional cost. All orders are shipped directly to your shipping address.
Refund Credit
PrintEFX does not issue cash refunds. If there is a problem with your print order, ie. an ink blob appears on all of your flyers, it will be reviewed and dealt with on a case by case basis. A refund credit that you can use on your next order will be issued to you if we are at fault.
